All-Purpose Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
Keep a jar of this next to the stove and you will reach for it instead of the salt shaker.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed (not celery salt)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

Combine everything in a small bowl and whisk until evenly colored.

Transfer to an airtight jar and store away from heat and light.

Substitutions
- Granulated garlic and onion can replace the powdered versions one for one.
