Salmon with Fresh Dill
This foolproof baked salmon gets all its flavor from lemon, garlic, and a generous handful of fresh dill.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each), skin-on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced, plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
