Southwest Black Bean Salad
A colorful, fiber-packed black bean salad with corn, peppers, and a smoky lime dressing.

Sodium note
Rinsing canned beans and using no-salt-added corn cuts sodium dramatically, while lime and cumin deliver bold southwest flavor.
